Today we are featuring one of our original clients, Sam Algar. Sam is a father, property investor, and the proud owner of Sahara Restaurant. His journey with us began when we first helped him with his mortgage years back and we are honored to still serve him today!
Sahara Restaurant, with locations in both New Brunswick and Manville, New Jersey, features Mediterranean cuisine cooked in a handcrafted brick wood oven. From Greece to Egypt and everywhere in between, Sahara offers the epitome of the Mediterranean. Sam describes the food as simple and healthy, yet delicious. Most of their food is charbroiled which removes much of the fat, making a trip to Sahara leaving you more than satisfied without the guilt.
When asked how he got into the restaurant business, Sam said, "I've always loved cooking, it is my passion. I've been cooking since was a little boy. I just enjoy putting smiles on people's faces."
