Position Overview:

As a Growth Coordinator at Petra Cephas, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our sales team's success. You will also be required to use strong communication skills to network with industry professionals and build strong and lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in recruitment while contributing to the continued success of our organization.

Qualifications

  • Self-driven and results-oriented

  • Proficient with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process alongside the department head

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria

  • Source and evaluate potential candidates for various positions

  • Utilize various channels and platforms to actively source potential candidates (social media, networking events, etc.)

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

  • Attend and participate in industry events for recruitment purposes

  • Foster relationships with possible candidates

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

  • Performs other duties as assigned
