Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the position is to manage the operational and loan processing duties of the Sales Office
Tasks include managing the loan process, including collecting additional documents in order to insure timely closing of loans
Analyzing financial statements, production reports, tax returns, and credit documentation for accuracy and compliance for investor guidelines
Gathering borrower information, verifying loan documents and reviewing file documentation to guide each loan from pre-approval to closing.
Provides support and effective communication to Loan Officers
Serve as a liaison for the loan center and the customer
Ensure all required documentation is present to schedule closing
Develop and maintain communication between loan officer, client and processors to assist timely processing and closing of loan file.
Support mailings and other marketing projects
Identify credit per loan officer requests
You Will Learn:
A thorough understanding of loan program requirements, processing and closing knowledge/experience
Ability to analyze and communicate complex loan products
Demonstrate self-motivational skills and the ability to work in a high pressure, high volume production-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year loan coordinating experience
Must be proficient in Encompass
Understands and comprehends the Mortgage Loan Process through closing
Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and must work well with others in a team setting
Strong organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
Ability to work with deadlines.
