Job Responsibilities and Duties
Proactively source and recruit candidates through networking, social media and other tactics to identify top talent to fill all job positions
Identity tactics to retain current employees
Identify expectations and qualifications needed for employees in each job function (perform behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews)
Manage company benefits programs (i.e. 401k)
Other duties as assigned
Minimum 2 years experience in Mortgage Recruiting
Management experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and must work well with others in a team setting
Strong organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
Ability to work with deadlines.
