Somebody who would fit our company culture must have a strong attention to detail, be very organized, and have a high desire for finding quality employees. This individual must have a good interaction with headhunters and other human resources personnel in support of our hiring needs. Experience in the Mortgage field is a plus!

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Proactively source and recruit candidates through networking, social media and other tactics to identify top talent to fill all job positions

  • Identity tactics to retain current employees

  • Identify expectations and qualifications needed for employees in each job function (perform behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews)

  • Manage company benefits programs (i.e. 401k)

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Mortgage Recruiting

  • Management experience preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and must work well with others in a team setting

  • Strong organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills

  • Ability to work with deadlines.
