Your primary job duty will be to work directly with our marketing team to assist in creating and implementing various external and internal projects, but mainly focusing on Public Relations and Social Media work. You will also work directly with Real Estate Agents and Brokers to assist them in their various duties.
Run and manage all facets of Petra Cephas' social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Create and send out numerous press releases a month to New Jersey publications
Create monthly philanthropy campaigns
Use excel to assist in database upkeep and management
Organize and assist in open houses, parties, etc. within budgets
Write and assist in designing mass email campaigns
Assist in our Client Retention mailing programs
Assist in basic web design and updating
Other duties as assigned
You Will Learn:
A thorough understanding of the mortgage process, mortgage terms, and our company culture
Demonstrate self-motivational skills and the ability to work in a high pressure, high volume production-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Related experience or education to Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
Ability to create compelling, creative, clean content on chosen topics
Ability to create content that will reach, engage, and grow targeted audiences
Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and must work well with others in a team setting
Strong organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
Ability to work with deadlines
Graphic design experience preferred
